- Handle building maintenance requests with the Landlord.
- Coordinate office supply orders for clinic (ordering and monitoring).
- Coordinate with Clinic Director to support the hiring process; this includes screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with Clinic Director to develop a strategy for & ultimately achieve the target office space utilization, i.e. a 1.5:1 ratio of therapists to each office.
- Develop, coach & provide clinical oversight to Therapists.
- Hold Therapists accountable to administrative, operational & performance-based policies, playbooks and associated KPI’s.
- Triage clinic staff’s administrative questions and concerns by connecting them to appropriate tools and resources.
- Provide supervisory billing services to assigned pre-licensed Therapists.
- Ensure that the Therapist profile tool used by the intake department to match Therapists to patients is up-to-date & correct at all times.
- Engage in and support the marketing outreach & referral development activities of the clinic to ensure sufficient top-line patient growth.
- Maintain a caseload of 20 patient visits per week.
- Ensure Therapists are complying with annual competency & company training (includes HIPPA) as well as following & adhering to clinic policies & procedures & required sign-offs.
- Audit documentation for the clinic in Valant to ensure compliance.
- Lead &/or participate in required clinic leadership & case consult calls.
- Collaborate with Clinic Director to support the clinic in positive culture building (celebrations, anniversaries, community activities/events, team building activities, etc.).
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
- Active clinical licensed in state of TX (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) for a minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent understanding of Texas Mental Health Code and CMS guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt well in a high-paced and changing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
- Experience working with EHR systems.
